The Waukewan Highlands Community Park is for "low impact, passive recreational uses such as hiking, snow shoeing, biking, cross country skiing, fishing and picnicking".

The park is located off of Parade Road (also called Route 106) in Meredith, NH. From the Route 3 traffic circle, take 106 a total of .9 miles and the park is on the right. There is a brown road sign to a parking lot that is easy to miss. The parking lot features a kiosk and complimentary maps. The park consists of 190 acres with four trails totaling 3 miles:

• White Trail - Easiest - 0.4 mi - Ths trail is very easy and is a good trail for a family ride. The trail ends at a pond with picnic tables and a fishing area
• Red Trail - Moderate Terrain - 0.6 mi - This trail is quite challenging even for experienced riders. There are some tough hills with roots and rocks in the trail
  
• Yellow Trail - Moderate Terrain - 1.0 mi- This trail goes through a big field with high grass in the summer and there isn't any shade - but otherwise a very pleasant and fairly easy ride with no challenging hills.
• Blue Trail - Most challenging - 1.1 mi- This is a very difficult trail! I ended up walking my bike along a significant portion of this trail. Extremely challenging hills with rocks, roots, streams, stone walls etc to navigate. If you can ride this trail, you're a better rider than my son or me!
