Long a favorite with local riders, Gunstock provides some very good  mountain biking in the Lakes Region.  Although the resort does not offer chair lift rides for you and your bicycle to the top of the mountain, the base area contains many great trails (the same trails that are used for cross-country skiing in the winter).Note: There is not really any single track at Gunstock - the trails are wide and well maintained.
